Leica DISTO™ Plan 3.1.9

The Leica DISTO™ Plan app is a valuable tool for documenting and visualizing measurements. It allows you to easily create floorplans on your smartphone or tablet by sketching with your fingers. Each line on the plan can be assigned measurements, making it effortless to plan your next project.

The Sketch Plan feature allows you to create a scale drawing by simply using your fingers to sketch on your device. Corresponding measurements can then be assigned to the relevant lines, and the app's 'auto-scale' function adjusts the line lengths accordingly. The result is a scaled drawing that shows surface area and circumference, perfect for producing a CAD ready floorplan.

With the Smart Room feature, the newly integrated sensor in the Leica DISTO™ X3 and X4 enables you to create accurate floor plans while taking clockwise or counter-clockwise measurements of a room. The app automatically generates the plan once all measurements are taken, and records each measurement along with the angles between them simultaneously.

The Measure Plan feature supports P2P technology, making it possible to create detailed floor or wall plans, including doors and windows. Once completed, you can export your plans as a dxf or dwg file into your preferred CAD solution for easy integration.

For dimensioning objects in pictures, the Sketch on Photo feature utilizes Leica DISTO™ Bluetooth® Smart technology. You can assign distance measurements to specific parts of a picture taken with your device, allowing you to document all your measurement results and process them later in the office.

All measurements and floorplans can be exported in standard formats such as CAD drawings, JPG, or PDF. CAD exports are available in DXF or DWG format, facilitating seamless integration with digitized construction. PDF exports provide detailed reports with easy-to-read and understandable structures of all created measurements.
